The Harbor is a type of Monument that can be found in Experimental Rust. Two variations of the harbor exists, one small and one large.
No radiation is emitted at the harbors making it an ideal location for newly spawned players. Public utilities include a Recycler and high chance of Small Oil Refinery.

Loot
The Harbor area are littered with regular loot, crates, military crates and barrels, providing you with possible guns, tools, resources, and clothing.
If a player has an Electric Fuse and Green Keycard, it is possible to complete a Puzzle to unlock a green door to obtain a Blue Keycard.
Layout
Harbors are located in close proximity to shores and similar coastal areas, and feature anchored cargo ships with accessible containers, shipwrecks, scalable container cranes, forklifts and military trucks.
The Large Harbor contains various abandoned cars and debris, a Freight Transit Line entrance, an inaccessible building labeled "RUST MILLS SHIPPING" with some pipes leading to the water, a small substation, a large shed, multiple office trailers, an above-ground rail entrance with a large shed and a crane, and 6 docks. The first dock holds some fuel tanks, a two-story office trailer, a fenced off area holding gas tanks, some shipping containers, a crane, and a partially sunken cargo ship with a shipping container. The second dock holds a crane, some shipping containers, some gas tanks containers, some fuel tanks, and two partially sunken cargo ships holding shipping containers. The third dock holds some partially collapsed walkways, a gas tank, a small tugboat with some loot on it, and some nearby shipping containers. The fourth dock holds an office trailer, a crane, and a partially sunken cargo ship holding shipping containers. The fifth dock holds some office trailers, a crane, a crashed tugboat with a cargo ship holding shipping containers and an office trailer, and some pipes leading into the water. The sixth dock holds some fuel tanks, an office trailer, a crane, a gas tank container, and a cargo boat holding some coal and an office trailer. A trailer near the large shed labeled "D2" and "H2" holds a Fuse Box, which gives power to a trailer in the large shed labeled "H2". The trailer is unlocked with a Green Keycard and holds a Blue Keycard alongside some loot. The trailer also holds a makeshift bed and a poster for Cobalt's Regeneration Program.
The Small Harbor contains various abandoned cars and debris, a small inaccessible watchtower, a Freight Transit Line entrance, multiple office trailers, a parking lot, some gas tank containers, an above-ground rail entrance with a large shed and a crane, and 5 docks. The first dock holds a gas tank, a building with a pipe going down into the water, multiple large buildings (both of which are partially inacessible), some shipping containers, a tugboat, and multiple cargo ships holding coal, boxes, shipping containers, and office trailers. The second dock holds some gas tanks, a gas tank container, and an office trailer. The third dock holds some train tracks, a crane, some collapsed walkways, some shipping containers, an office trailer, a second crane, a gas tank, and a tugboat with a crashed cargo ship holding some shipping containers. The fourth dock holds some collapsed walkways, a crane, and a tugboat. The fifth dock holds a cargo ship with some shipping containers and an office trailer that's been turned into a makeshift base. A trailer near the parking lot labeled "D11" holds a Fuse Box, which gives power to a smaller trailer on top of it labeled "H2". The trailer is unlocked with a Green Keycard and holds a Blue Keycard alongside some loot. The "H2" trailer also holds posters for Project Nova (the frontier of science one) and Employee Rewards.
Multiple shipping containers at the harbors are labeled with companies that Cobalt have collaborated with. Some of these companies include ZENLABS (a large tech/electronics company), Cobalt itself (labeled "COBALT" alongside an atom), and WANGEN (a Chinese genetic research company, based off the Chinese characters, which translate to "Genetic research program"). The older shipping containers (the blank ones) may have been used by Cobalt back in the day in order to ship items without raising suspicion. The shipping building in the Large Harbor appears to be a front for Cobalt.
Infrastructure
A Recycler is located at the outskirts of the Large Harbor, as well as on the larger dock of the Small Harbor. There is also an Small Oil Refinery present at most harbor spawns.
